甘蕉

《甘蕉》は学生時代に美術を学んでいた上出が改めて自身のルーツである伝統工芸・九谷焼と出会い、2006年に大学の卒業制作として発表した作品。表面は磁器の素材そのままだが、果実に似た質感を持っている。現物を石膏で象っている為、磁器の収縮率分僅かに小さい。殆どの場合、シール部分には九谷焼の古典的な絵柄を描いている。

​磁器の質感をテーマにしたものは他にも《鶏卵》や​《栄螺》、《蛍光管》なども発表している。

Banana

《Banana》 is a work by Kamide, who was studying fine art when he first encountered the traditional craft of Kutani-Ware, which is his roots, and presented it as his graduation project at university in 2006. The texture of the porcelain is intact, but it has a strange reality. As the plaster is made from the actual object, the shrinkage rate of the porcelain is slightly smaller than that of the porcelain. In most cases, the seals are painted with classic Kutani ware designs.

He has also produced and exhibited works on the theme of porcelain textures, such as《Egg》 and 《Turban shell》, and since 2006 he has produced and exhibited 《Banana》 in various forms, as if it were his lifework.
